|Honda Custom Group Rally Kit in the box (Not opened until 40 years later)|
Honda had a division called Honda Custom Group which created these 4 kits to try and help boost sales in the late '60s on the commuter step through models in the US market. Honda offered 4 types of conversion kits to give your C100 / C91 etc a more sportier look. These kits included custom gas tanks, seats, speedo's and handlebars. Unfortunately these kits offered no engine hop-ups. The 4 kits available were the Boss, Rally, Roadster and Student kit.
Here's a cool picture of an ad from back then showing the 4 styles of kits available to customize your Honda. Here's a funny quote for you to show how Honda was pushing these kits to try and help sales "Watch the girls rally 'round when you ride up!".
